Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure the Packaging

  Place the items safely in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure your handcrafted goods are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
